Step 2: Complete Online Contact Us Form(s)
Each unit listing has a ‘Contact Us’ form. Complete the form and submit.
Step 3: Prequalify
After you fill out a Contact Us form, we will reach out to you to learn more about your needs. We will also ensure that you pre-qualify (no evictions, no open Chapter 13 bankruptcies, and a minimum credit score of 650).
Step 4: Schedule Showing(s)
Once you are pre-qualified, we can schedule you to view any units that you qualify for that meet your criteria. Please note that while vacant units are available for immediate showings, occupied units require notifying current residents at least 48 hours in advance.
Step 5: View Boutique Rental(s)
For occupied units, the current resident will be able to specify if they want to leave or remain in the unit during the showing. We request anyone attending the showing to self-disclose whether they have COVID-19 or exhibit any symptoms.
During the showing, South Side Stories will ensure that:
• Only “pre-qualified” prospects view resident-occupied units
• Booties are provided for everyone to wear
• Hand sanitizer is distributed before entering and after leaving the unit
• Social distancing is upheld
• Face coverings or any other required PPE is worn
• Showing will not exceed 15 minutes (time may be exceeded for vacant units)
